UX VISUALIZATION
The Nielsen and Norman team wrote “ ‘User experience’ encompasses all aspects of the end-user's interaction with the company, its services, and its products.”
So as a UX designer I need to
-
Try to understand the user (Interview, define the role, create personas)
-
Track their journey and where it touches into your company (journeys maps, user flows)
-
Understand where the problems are on that journey
-
Be able to explain and often visualize these problems for stakeholders and business partners
-
Propose solutions
