Heuristic Evaluation: Getty Images Creative Contributor Enrollment Overview for Mobile
I took seven competitors and tested their enrollment process on mobile, recording the pros and cons of the flow, the amount of time it took for the initial application, follow thru and other key features of the experience.

Getty Images: Homepage Redesign Usability Test
Goals of this study were to measure the success of a redesign of the GettyImages.com web site relative to competitors and to the current design.

Moderator on this test. These were the high level study goals:

How do they feel about the new design relative to competitors and current design in the space and which elements cause that, what’s resonating vs not in terms of ease of use and why?

Test new design to ensure that high level search functionality (non subs features) is not impeded
REI: Compare Items Feature Usability Study (PDF 1.3MG)
This study examines the ease with which REI customers can use the “Compare Items” feature located on REI.com. The 11 findings from the study, which are ranked by severity, were used to create a set of 9 recommendations for the scheduled redesign of the feature. Findings from the study will also be used to assess the impact of future changes to the feature.

There are four major pathways that we looked at during the course of testing; 1. Retail hourly 2. Salaried (HQ job) 3. Internal applicant 4. Returning users. Each of these has different needs that require special language, navigation, visual hints, entries field, etc... All four have refinements that need to be made to navigation, functionality and branding.
