TAX STATEMENTS
PROBLEM: IRS law requires that the taxpayer receive their tax statement in paper form, This required Getty Images to mail out paper statements to contributors each year.
MY ROLE: I worked with the team to establish the technology restraints and the user scenarios for tax statement distribution. We emphasized self-service.
SOLUTIONS: I designed solutions for each user path and provided self-service information for the users.
RESULTS: Getty Images is saving roughly $100k annually in postage & mailing costs.
